An Anand Sulakhe established the firm on December 01, 1981 by, and along with the other senior partners, CA Jagdish Dhongde & CA Neeta Sulakhe has imbibed the firm with strong professional ethics and principles through the years. The firm has grown under their guidance and at present, the business of the firm is managed by 16 partners.

The Firm has its head office in Pune, five branches in Maharashtra and one each in Bangalore, Gujarat, Goa and Hyderabad.
